Most of our wool products are machine washable on a wool cycle using a specialized wool detergent. To maintain the shape and longevity of the fibers, we recommend air drying flat and avoiding direct heat or tumble drying.

We offer worldwide shipping. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments must be unopened in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
